Fiat Stilo 1.9JTD MW A/C and alarm siren don´t work

Hi everyone,

I have this car for several years, and I am satisfied with it. Untill now I did´t had bigger problems besides: Airbag failure, glow plug error etc.

Now I have a big problem. I noticed yesterday, during a drive, that my A/C (manual) do not work. I´ve park my car and saw that fuse F39 (20A) is blown. It is the fuse for interior lights, stereo, alarm siren, air intake flap actuator, climate control etc. I´ve replaced the fuse but it blowed again, while the key is at stop.

Now the situacion is a little bit diferent. I put new fuse of 15A, and now I have interior lights and music, but I still do not have Siren and A/C. Regarding the siren it is not important for me but the A/C is irremissible here with the temperatures of about 40 degrees of centigrade.
